Gavin went over the changes that have been made to the Bylaw after 1st Reading. No formal submissions were received from the public. The requested meeting by the Municipal District of Willow Creek of the Intermunicipal Development Plan Committee prior to 2nd Reading has taken place and they submitted a letter indicating that their concerns were addressed. No other comments were received from the public regarding Bylaw #1781. No comments from members of Council were noted.
